Shipping policy

We pack every Hugbeats order by hand from our warehouse outside Los Angeles. Most orders ship within 24 hours of being placed (Mon–Fri). Shipping is free worldwide on every order — no minimums, no surprises at checkout.

Domestic (US)

Free express shipping on every order (1–3 business days). Orders to AK, HI and PR may take 1–2 extra days.

International

We ship free to 40+ countries with delivery in 2–4 business days. Customs and import duties (where applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
