How to start a return

Email returns@hugbeats.shop with your order number. We'll send a prepaid label within one business day.

Refund timing

Once we receive your return, refunds post within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo and we'll ship a replacement immediately, free of charge.
